No-Show Policy
Our mentors' time is limited. If you do not show up for your scheduled time without 24-hour prior notice, the session is considered "burned" and we cannot offer a reschedule.
Donation Verification
The booking is tentative until we receive the payment receipt. Please email or Telegram the receipt within 6 hours of booking the slot, otherwise the system might auto-cancel.
Recording Usage
We provide the recording for your personal review. You are strictly prohibited from publishing, sharing, or selling the consultation video on social media.

You can book the slot first to secure it, but you must send the receipt within 6 hours to confirm.
Is the fee refundable?▼
Since it is a direct donation to charity, we cannot refund it. However, we can reschedule your call if you notify us 24 hours in advance.
